What are your candles made out of?

We’ve infused our hyper fragrant candles with California love, being handmade and poured right here in our golden state. Each candle is made out of a soy and coconut blended wax to ensure a consistent hot and cold throw and a clean burn. Our waxes are made from renewable resources and we use no paraffin or phosphates in any of our products.

Your candles make my entire house smell so good - what is the secret?

We take special pride in crafting each of our candle scents, spending hours at the laboratory and with our perfume makers to create what we think are mini masterpieces. Each of our bespoke fragrances are infused with 12% perfume oil. This is one of our major differentiators. Where most others are using 7% - 8% perfume oil in each candle, we want to ensure you candle permeates your entire area with a lovely scent when burning. Not just when you stick your nose in the candle. Because we believe that everyone deserves to feel mesmerized by intoxicating fragrances. How long do you candles burn?

Pigmint candles on average last from 40 to 60 hours with a proper burn.

How should I care for my candle?

The first time you light your scented candle, ensure the wick has been trimmed to about 1/2".

To ensure you candle does not tunnel and reduce its burn time, it is important to let your candle burn unitl the entire top layer has melted into a liquid. Typically this will take two to three hours, depending on the size.

After you blow your candle out, check the wick to ensure it is centered before its next use.

What is your return policy?

Pigmint hopes that you will be extremely happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

What are your standard burn times?

To ensure you recieve the maximum burn time from your Pigmint candle, please allow it to burn for at least two hours, until the whole top is liquid wax. This will help your candle not tunnel and create an even burn.
- Standard Candle: May burn up to 40-60 hours.
- Small Votive Candle: May burn up to 15-30 hours.

How do I safely enjoy my candle?

Never leave a lit candle unattended. Candles, and any open flames could be a fire risk. Always place your candle on a level, heat resistant, non-flammable surface away from fabric, pillows, pets, children, drapes or any other animal or material. If the bottom of the hot candle glass comes in contact with a cold material, the glass may crack. Do not tip a candle, as the liquid wax is hot and may burn what it comes in contact with.
